In accordance with the mandate of the POSH Act, organizations are required to have an external member on their Internal Committee. Xinren has a carefully maintained roster of qualified and experienced professionals who can be nominated as External Members to an organization’s Internal Committee, dependent on the organization’s specific needs, industry context and workforce structure.
Our External Members have expertise and practical experience in POSH law as well as gender sensitivity. Each nomination is made with an emphasis on contextual suitability, thereby allowing the External Member to have an informed, independent and impartial contribution to the inquiry process.
The participation of a suitably qualified External Member adds to the credibility and effectiveness of the Internal Committee by strengthening a compliance to statutory provisions, the principles of natural justice and procedural fairness.
