Who Are We?

Xinren Information Technologies Private Limited, incorporated on February 14, 2020, is an organization committed to promoting safe, inclusive, and compliant workplaces through specialized services under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. At the helm are our Directors, Mrs. Kailash Abhay Nevagi and Ms. Gauri Abhay Nevagi, whose combined expertise in legal, social, and institutional matters shapes Xinren’s strategic direction. Their leadership drives our commitment to cultivating work environments where dignity, safety, and respect form the foundation.
