Our Employee Awareness & Sensitization Programmes are designed to create awareness, understanding and accountability about the POSH Act and about appropriate workplace behaviour. The programmes can be delivered through a number of formats including fully instructor-led sessions, online learning through our interactive portal or a hybrid model that uses both, depending on organizational requirements. This approach allows organizations to have the freedom to choose a form of delivery that makes the most sense for their teams and operations while still remaining compliant with the POSH Act.

The training uses well-selected, scenario-based case studies that reflect real-world situations in the workplace and help employees understand the applicability of the law in practical situations. An engaging Q&A and knowledge-check component is integrated throughout the modules to reinforce learning and assess comprehension. Employees are certified on successful completion, and will have documented evidence of participation and compliance.

When delivered through the portal, there is also a provision for employees to digitally acknowledge and sign off on the organisation’s POSH policy, in order to ensure that employees have read, understood and accepted the policy. This digital record supports audit readiness and compliance reporting.

Recognising the changing nature of today’s workplaces, instructor-led programmes also feature focus group discussions on workplace etiquette both physically and digitally. These sessions emphasize respectful conduct in everyday interactions, including virtual communication, while drawing attention to aspects of workplace etiquette that are often overlooked but have significant implications.
