Ms. Ranjani Krishnan is an Associate at Abhay Nevagi & Associates LLP, where she is involved in legal research, advisory, drafting, and matters relating to intellectual property, commercial law, and regulatory compliance. She also works closely with clients on a range of legal and compliance-related issues.

In addition, she is associated with Xinren Information Technologies Private Limited as a POSH & Internal Committee (IC) Trainer, conducting awareness programmes, capacity-building workshops, and Internal Committee training sessions. She is committed to helping organizations establish legally compliant, safe, and inclusive workplaces through practical and engaging training programmes.

With over six years of professional experience in legal practice, intellectual property, and legal academia, Ms. Krishnan brings a unique blend of practical legal expertise and teaching experience. She has previously served as an Assistant Professor of Law, teaching core law subjects while actively contributing to institutional committees, including the Committee for the Prevention of Sexual Harassment.

Prior to academia, she worked as an Intellectual Property (Trademark) Attorney, managing trademark prosecution, opposition, rectification, and portfolio management for leading brands across diverse sectors. Her professional experience also includes litigation, legal drafting, contract review, legal research, and client advisory in civil, commercial, and intellectual property matters.

Ms. Krishnan holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Laws from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, and is a Certified POSH Trainer. She is dedicated to promoting legal awareness, strengthening workplace compliance, and empowering organizations to foster respectful, equitable, and legally compliant work environments.
