Ms. Revathi S. Murali is a Senior Associate at Xinren Information Technologies Private Limited, where she provides advisory and training support to advance respectful, secure, and compliant environments at workplaces.

She strongly believes that creating secure working environments for employees is key to facilitating their ability to deliver efficiently in workplaces. Her continued association with Xinren has permitted her to pursue her interests in aiding organizations in the creation of safe and secure workplaces, and teaching. In furtherance to the same, she has conducted several awareness and sensitisation sessions on workplace safety. She has also been instrumental in imparting training to IC members of several reputed organizations in Maharashtra. She has assisted numerous organizations in complying with the mandate of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. Her work with Xinren also includes providing consulting and advisory services, conduct of POSH audits, formulation of training material on workplace etiquette and safety, and drafting of customized POSH policies for organizations.

She is also a Senior Associate at Abhay Nevagi & Associates LLP, a full-service law firm, where she provides corporate advisory, contract drafting, contract review and negotiation, and compliance-related services to clients. A UGC NET-qualified academician, she brings valuable teaching experience and academic insight to her advisory and training work.
