Her innovative mindset and commitment to social impact were the driving forces behind the formation of Xinren Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where she serves as Director. She plays a key role in shaping Xinren’s strategic direction, and leads initiatives that promote safe, inclusive, and legally compliant workplaces under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. She is also deeply involved in the formulation of training materials and the design of Xinren’s tailor-made programs for its clients, ensuring that each program is relevant, and impactful for the organization’s unique needs. Beyond POSH compliance, she drives broader initiatives including anti-bullying awareness, prevention of discrimination, inclusive workplace practices, and cyber safety.
She is also a Designated Partner at Abhay Nevagi & Associates LLP, a full-service law firm based in Pune. In this role, she is integral to business administration, corporate strategy, and business development, supporting the firm’s growth through structured planning and effective service management.
In addition, Gauri is Director at ANA Cyber Forensic Pvt. Ltd., where she contributes to strategic planning, operational oversight, and business growth, strengthening organizational processes and service delivery.
