Adv. Kailash Nevagi is a distinguished legal professional and business leader with over 30 years of experience in law, compliance, and social advocacy. As Director of Xinren Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Adv. Nevagi offers comprehensive POSH-related services, including employee awareness sessions, Internal Committee training, policy drafting and review, and end-to-end compliance consultation. She also serves as an External Member on Internal Committees across several reputed organizations, helping ensure workplace compliance and safety. She has also been empanelled as an individual POSH trainer on the SHe-Box portal, an initiative by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India.

She is also a Designated Partner at Abhay Nevagi & Associates LLP, where she provides strategic legal counsel across a broad range of practice areas, including personal law, cyber-crimes, corporate compliance, and regulatory matters. Under her leadership, the firm complies with ISO 27001 standards, making it a trusted legal advisory partner for corporate sector. Mrs. Nevagi is a Director at ANA Cyber Forensic Pvt. Ltd., a company specializing in cyber security, digital forensics, and compliance services, wherein she has been instrumental in developing cybersecurity awareness and training programs for diverse audiences. In addition, as an Independent Director at Menon Bearings Ltd., she supports the company in strengthening its governance framework, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing overall corporate credibility.

Her commitment to women’s rights extends beyond corporate environments through her leadership of ABHILASHA, a platform offering free legal counselling to women navigating personal legal challenges. She is also actively engaged in social impact initiatives, including her work with NARI Foundation, where she conducts awareness sessions in colleges and institutions, and UMED Pariwar, where she supports children with special needs.
